Deine Aufgaben

Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für interessierte oder bereits nutzende Lehrer:innen
Du informierst und berätst diese telefonisch und per E-Mail über unser Produktangebot
Du unterstützt und begleitest die Lehrkräfte beim Einstieg und der systematischen Nutzung
Du koordinierst die Weitergabe des Kundenfeedbacks an unsere Produktmanager und die Qualitätssicherung

Dein Profil

Toll wären erste Erfahrungen in der Kundenbetreuung oder im Kundenservice
Du bist kommunikationsstark und die Zufriedenheit unserer Lehrer:innen liegt dir am Herzen
Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, bist aber ein Teamplayer mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Du verfügst über gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - englisch wäre schön, aber kein Muss.

Your mission

You are the contact person for teachers who are interested or already using the product
You inform and advise them by phone and email about our product range
You support and accompany teachers when they get started and use it systematically
You coordinate the forwarding of customer feedback to our product managers and quality assurance

Your profile

Initial experience in customer service or customer support would be great
You are a strong communicator and the satisfaction of our teachers is important to you
You enjoy working independently, but are a team player with a high sense of responsibility
You have good written and spoken German skills - English would be nice, but not a must.
